These Terms and Conditions set out the rules that govern use of our site and services. They explain the relationship between us and our players, describe account-holder responsibilities and the rules that apply to bonuses, payments and disputes. Where we refer to "we" or "us" we mean the operator of the platform and when we refer to "you" or "player" we mean anyone who registers or uses the site. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and up to date. Only one account is permitted per person, household or device unless we agree otherwise. You must keep your login credentials confidential and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend, restrict or close accounts that breach these rules, that show signs of fraud, or that fail verification checks.

Eligibility requirements

To register and use our services you must meet the eligibility criteria set out in the account registration flow and our full T&Cs. You must comply with local laws that apply to you. If your jurisdiction or local law prohibits participation, you must not create or use an account. We reserve the right to refuse registration or to restrict access where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

Acceptable platform use

Use the site only for lawful, authorised activity. Prohibited conduct includes manipulating game outcomes, exploiting system errors, operating multiple accounts to obtain bonuses, using bots or automated tools, and bypassing geo-restrictions via VPN or similar services. Misuse may lead to forfeiture of winnings, account closure and recovery of losses.

General bonus and promotion rules

Promotions and bonuses are subject to specific terms available with each offer. Typical requirements include opting in, meeting a minimum qualifying deposit for promotional eligibility, and completing wagering conditions before withdrawals. As a guide, qualifying deposits for offers are commonly set at €20 and standard wagering requirements are disclosed on the promotion page and may include 35x on bonus funds and 40x on free-spin winnings. Contribution rates, maximum bet limits while wagering and game exclusions apply and vary by promotion. We may void bonuses and related winnings where abuse or breach of promotion rules is detected.

Deposits and withdrawals

We accept a range of payment methods which are listed in the cashier. Deposits are usually processed instantly; withdrawal times depend on the method and on completion of verification. Before any withdrawal we may require proof of identity, proof of address and payment-source verification. Daily and monthly withdrawal limits may apply; standard accounts commonly have modest daily limits with higher levels available for verified or VIP accounts. We do not generally charge internal fees, but third-party fees may apply.
